Municipal Waste es una banda estadounidense, específicamente de Richmond, Virginia. Su estilo varía de Thrash Metal a Hardcore. Son considerados como los líderes de una escena que crece muy rápido y que lo buscan es resucitar el Crossover de los años 80.

La banda es bien conocida por sus canciones de corta duración que tratan temas que van desde alcohol, fiestas y diversión, hasta mutantes post-apocalipticos (Hazardous Mutation). Entre sus principales influencias está Suicidal tendencies, D.R.I y Nuclear Assault.

Este es el primer EP que da a conocer la banda y es del año 2001.
